Welcome to Biddenden Squash Club

Founded in 1975, Biddenden Squash Club is one of the most successful clubs in Kent. We have circa 150 members, operating from our clubhouse which has a bar and separate changing rooms in addition to two well-maintained, heated courts. We have always enjoyed a reputation for being a local club for local players: three-quarters of our members come from in and around Biddenden.

We are represented in the Kent Leagues by three men's teams. As well as a strong senior section, we have a thriving junior membership, with 60 under-18s on our lists. We have four teams in the Kent Junior Leagues and run a special club evening every Wednesday for our junior players.

We run a weekly club night on Fridays for Seniors which is open to both Members and those interested in joining.

We have closed and handicapped tournaments throughout the year for men, ladies, juniors and veterans as well as internal box leagues.

Courts are booked through the bar. These are available in 40-minute slots, with lights paid for through meters. Different rates apply for peak (weekdays 6pm onwards) and non-peak courts.

The bar, which has a good selection of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and snacks, is open from 6pm Monday to Friday. We organise several social events throughout the year, including quiz nights, bike rides, summers BBQs and a Christmas dinner/dance.

The Club is run on a day-to-day basis by a committee elected by the membership. Recent work has included refurbishment of the bar, a new water cooler, renovation of both courts and new flooring throughout the clubhouse. We are entirely independent and all investment is funded from internal resources.

We welcome membership applications from adults, juniors (U18 or in full-time education) and families. There is currently no waiting list.
